All prices in CAD and exclude tax. HST/GST/QST is calculated at checkout based on your service address. Evening (6–10pm) +15%, late night (10pm–8am) +30%, weekends and statutory holidays +10%. Repeat customers save 10% on every booking after the first.

Common questions
How are beauty professionals vetted?
Beyond our standard identity and criminal record checks, every beauty professional completes a Vulnerable Sector check and holds the relevant provincial esthetics or cosmetology certification. This is our most thorough verification tier, because these services involve close personal contact in your home.
What about hygiene?
Professionals follow a documented sanitation protocol — single-use items where required, sterilised instruments, and a checklist confirmed in the app on arrival that you can see.
I have allergies or sensitive skin.
Tell us at booking. For colour, chemical and lash services we ask you to confirm a patch test, typically 24 hours ahead, and the professional cannot start until that is confirmed.
Can I request a professional of a specific gender?
Yes. For personal-care services you can set a preference when booking, and we match accordingly.
